Key Messages: Face to face consultations are still seen as preferred method for providing the best care available to clients Promotion of Telehealth services where face to face contact is not appropriate... Allied health services are currently viewed as essential in reducing the load on GP clinics and emergency departments. Allied health is also essential for people with chronic health conditions and those with acute musculoskeletal conditions who may need to seek further medical treatment if their condition deteriorates. Barwon Sports Physiotherapy is dedicated to providing physiotherapy services to our clients and community and will remain open during this tough period. We are undertaking additional measures in clinic to make the environment as safe as possible for our staff and clients. While Face to Face consultation is still our preferred method of service, we are offering Telehealth services for those who are unable or do not wish to attend in person. More updates to come.
