23.01.2022 Sad post This beautiful pup is Elliott, with his wonderful humum Karen. Elliott was a regular to the bar with his humans and loved nothing better than hanging in the beer garden, indulging in some delicious meatstick and brat bites. Elliott sadly passed away on Saturday just weeks shy of his 17th Birthday. He was an adorable boy and loved being showered with pats and attention. We are soo sad to hear of his passing . His brother Judson unfortunately passed away last year also and his memorial plaque is hanging in our beer garden in memory of another sad loss to our doggy community. RIP you beautiful boy

Covid has really shat on this important industry in recent months and as lovers of the arts, we’re constantly striving to support and highlight this truly remarkable addition to life that not only enriches the soul, but brings people together. We have a lot of great musicians and performers heading our way over the coming months, so please know that every cent you spend on seeing one of them play, or any other creative artist performing, ...you’re helping to keep this much needed industry alive. Not just the performers, but everyone involved in bringing the experience to life. Our very own Powderfinger have gotten behind the industry with initiatives to support causes such as Support Act and Crew Care, who haven’t forgotten about all those in the industry, that are doing it bloody rough since Covid. Let’s keep the artists in jobs and get a dopamine hit at the same time. One half of Bar Wunder served the bulk of his years in the industry and based on Powderfinger’s synopsis of him, nothing’s really changed. Just know that your ears will be in good hands whenever you step out to hear music at the bar.
