08.01.2022 Hey Everyone! At the start of the year i created the 'GET FIT WITH NIC' group for the Richmond community, for all communication for our council funded fitness classes. Although our classes are on hold indefinitely I am going to use the group for motivation to keep everyone moving! I will put in weekly home workouts and some helpful tips on nutrition and recipes. If you are wanting to join please search for the group and send a request to join! Anyone living in the Richmond District. Lets keep exercising for our overall health and wellbeing!! Wednesday & Friday mornings at 6:30 am at the shire hall Thursday morning at 9 am at shire hall Venue subject to change.... There is a small fee of $5 per class for non Jumpstarters. Thank you
