24.01.2022 Yessss!! It's Dry ( it has a big roof ) warm (new heaters installed) and fully equipped. (Couldn't fit the leg press in my boot) Can't wait to welcome you back to Base 2 Summit studio.

19.01.2022 Hey crew... As of Tuesday 17th of November we are kicked out into the wild outdoors to breathe the fresh air and feel the grass between our shoes and socks. Training will return to Richard's Park. Magill Rd Norwood. Face masks are optional, if you feel the need. There will be hand sanitiser, cleaning products, 4m2 rule and the same high standard of work ethic and due diligence to keep you all safe and healthy. Please return the same for your fellow training buddies by following the Covid19 regulations and we can all come out of this happy. See you soon.. strength, courage and health, Kat

13.01.2022 Gees we've all missed you..and am so happy to be back !! She's spotless, with my amazing man vacuuming the rafters , the stairwell and installing the heaters. Then I did a huge wash of everything. Was a great first day and many more to come.

09.01.2022 With 3 sleeps to go I want to wish everyone doing Heysen 105 60km and 37 km a fabulous day out on the trails. Embrace all the emotion, headspace and challenges of the day. Make it all positive and just do your best. Huge shout out to my Base 2 Summit crew running Saturday Ronnette Davies, Susan Cushman, Kath Morris. Absolutely gorgeous women and amazing athlete's.
