21.01.2022 Wow what an epic start to the Silly Season! We have been very busy these last few weeks with catering the High School Graduation, a local Wedding, a whole lot of Christmas of Parties... and we are only just getting started! Just want to take a minute to say thank you to all our clients and customers for supporting our local business and hope you all enjoy the festivities of the next few weeks!... Huge thanks to our awesome BASE staff for stepping up and delivering amazing food and service in this very busy festive time. You all are going above and beyond and it hasn't gone unnoticed. Thanks team!!

17.01.2022 Update! She has been found! Chinchilla Customers: This young girl went missing Tuesday afternoon. She was last seen by her mum at 5:30pm. There was a sigh...ting of her at 6pm. As of 7am today she still has not been found. We ask all our valued customers to keep their eyes peeled today. If anyone sees her please call the police. We will follow updates and update on this thread.

16.01.2022 Hello all! We have recently heard some rumors that Base Chinchilla has had a resident with the Coronavirus. This is not the case. ... We would like to advise that we do not have any persons staying at our village with Coronavirus or any other sickness for that matter. Base Chinchilla has measures in place to maintain the wellbeing of our staff, residents and contractors and should a case of Coronavirus reach our village we have procedures to manage this. 13.01.2022 Exciting news from tomorrow! With the further easing of restrictions in Queensland we are now able to train in larger groups of 20 from tomorrow, 1 June. This ...is exciting news for our MCF team as it means we are able to have more of you out at LIVE sessions! Oh how I have missed you all! It has and always will remain important to me that you train together for support, motivation and inspiration. The group environment that we have created is so special and unique. If you are interested in meeting like minded people, feeling welcomed, included and supported, then come along and give my sessions a go! Please contact me via PM or through the APP for further details. (Timetable of sessions in Cover Photo). Metafit 6pm sessions will resume at Base Chinchilla from tomorrow night which is fantastic. These are HIIT sessions, 30 mins in length and are a fabulous way to compliment your weekly training schedule. Suitable for all levels of fitness, these sessions are coached, body weight and adaptable to all levels of ability. I have been running these sessions in CHinchilla for over 5 years and they are a firm favourite with those who attend...One of my personal favourite training methods too! In the coming weeks there will be more sessions added into my timetable, as well as a couple more 1:1 PT sessions. I look forward to adding these & bringing more variety and opportunity for you to train. But for now, I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE YOU tomorrow. Kicking off the week with 6am VIRTUAL, then 9.30am in the Parklands finishing off with 6pm METAFIT. For those who have not yet collected their training shirts, I will have them available at sessions or for collection so just contact me. Looking forward to seeing you all looking the goods in them
