25.01.2022 Scratching your head and wondering why you’re not getting the results that you want? Because your not trying hard enough.. Yep. That’s the reason. I’ve said it..... Your nutrition and fitness results are no different to your business or job goals. If your not putting in the work you won’t be getting that big promotion or the results that you really want. To achieve those results you first need to put in the effort and in the right areas: * Take it seriously and don’t cheat * Prioritise your training and nutrition * Check in with your trainer/coach regularly * Follow through with these and don’t expect immediate results Just making those small steps each day is progress and noting these can help establish good habits. This increases your confidence and determination, making it easier to stay in it for the long haul. Only you can control your actions, no one else can. The key to achieving the results you want is consistency and adherence to your plan. And if you can’t keep to these tasks, ask for help! That’s why I do this. 17.01.2022 Education Monday! * Protein consumption is an important part of a healthy diet. * Proteins are made up of chemical 'building blocks' called amino acids.... * There are 20 different amino acids. 11 amino acids can be made in the body (non-essential amino acids) and 9 that our body cannot make (essential amino acids). We need to include enough of these in our diet so that our body can function. * Amino acids are used in the body to help make new proteins such as muscle and bone, and other compounds such as enzymes and hormones. * So if you have more muscle, you will burn more fat.
