18.01.2022 Wiper guard defence and counters! Wiper guard is great for efficient defence and forcing poor guard habits in your opponent. Unlike traditional counters you don't want to hit on the half-beat, you want to attack when your opponent returns their hands low.

16.01.2022 ICYMI! This week Base Coach Aaron Blackie showed the basics of the wiper guard this week during our striking classes! Floyd Mayweather's favourite guard and an effective way to defend from punches without exerting much energy, the wiper guard is a must know!
