23.01.2022 Mirrored!!!!!! Just think of all the pretty things we can make with these!!! _ The acrylic bases/underlays/overlays are coming soon - I’m just trying to figure out the best way to add them to the website and manage them with all the options and varieties. I have had quite a few people asking about them, so getting to it is a priority!! I think we will keep them as ‘made to order’ until I see what the most popular sizes/shapes/finishes are. This means they will take long...er to get to you (especially coming up to Christmas) so you might need to think ahead! _ They can pretty much be made in any size or shape that we already have available in timber bases. _ I would really love to offer you guys a great discount on the acrylics when you purchase a matching lid or timber base size - it’s just another tricky thing I need to work out how do on my website.........soooooo what I am taking a long time to say IS if you are super keen to get your hands on some coloured, clear or mirrored bases - feel free to send me a message or email and I can take your order via email until we get them up in the Shop . 23.01.2022 Have you ever wondered what to do with all your leftover lengths of t-shirt yarn? Well....I’ve almost finished making a video to show you what I do with them! The most exciting thing about this method is that you never quite know how the finished product will look - it’s a fun surprise! And depending on which way you face the basket, it might almost look like two different baskets altogether! Bonus!! _ PS. I finally got my ring light!! I was able to take these photos and make a video without any daylight - sooo awesome!!

Sets include the unworked bases - you add your personal style with colour and texture, or gift a set to someone who loves to crochet! *Kits with threads included will also be coming soon, along with a video tutorial.* Please express your interest if this sounds good to you! _ I used a 1.25mm hook with crochet cotton, but you can any similar size, up to 3.5mm. The gift tags will work with any weight... thread or yarn up to 8ply - just make two stitches in each hole with the finer fibers. _ These are a very fun and fast project! 21.01.2022 You guys have been loving the lids! . I’m so glad we decided to introduce both the light and dark timbers....they seem to be as popular as each other! _ This 14cm Floral Fusion was chosen by my very clever sister-in-law who decided to give crochet a go, and picked it up like a pro!

17.01.2022 The only thing better than a basket made of yarn, is a basket full of yarn! Am I right or am I right? _ This basket was made using our Square 30cm base and is the perfect size for some substantial storage!

16.01.2022 You guys are LOVING the gift tags!! We are all sold out now until we re-stock ....but check out these cuties while you are waiting! Has anyone used these prompts before for gifts? I usually get the kids a range of bits and pieces which fit into those categories anyway, but it’s a lovely idea to label it and make it ‘official’. The great thing is - they can be re-used each year! You can just re-do the yarn colours if you feel like a change . There is only one set available of these now - but please let me know if you think they should be included in the re-stock! Let’s just call them....the ‘Something Set’.

14.01.2022 Sparkling yarn is the best yarn I forgot to tell you...I have put up a video tutorial on the Woven Glory YouTube channel teaching how to make these cute gift tags....but from what I’ve seen, you guys don’t need it and are coming up with amazing techniques all on your own!!

09.01.2022 It’s a.......Christmas Tree !!!! What do you think? This is what I experimented with using the little mini-base. I think I like it! It was a bit rough and just worked it out as I went, so I’ll keep working on it to make it as simple as possible! All the similar crochet trees I’ve seen have been worked from the top down and then stuffed and sealed...but I’m all about simplifying, and a bottom up using a basket base is looking like a good option!
