23.01.2022 I know I haven't said much during lockdown. I think its fair to say we have all had our challenges. Just thought I share a little inspiration with you young ballers. Especially for those who haven't trained much due to restrictions. I dont know many young ballers who uses a jump rope but I recently restarted and from experience, it is one of the best exercises. Especially if you want to be a quick leaper. Today I jump roped for almost 25 minutes. I did a total of 2000 jumps. I challenge you to have a go at it. Good luck if you do have a try and share

14.01.2022 Hello All Hope you are keeping safe and active during stage 3 lockdown. It is confirmed that 1 on 1 training outside is still an option. Until it is clear of what is too far to travel there shouldn't be a reason to be in edge. ... It is still entirely up to you to take on this option to do 1 on 1 training.
