25.01.2022 Tinned loaves are going back on the menu.

19.01.2022 Quite creative this morning. As well as my usual batch of Saturday Sourdough I've made a couple of mini boules, to scoop out and fill with soup perhaps? Some baguettes, getting happy with them now, and a couple of pull apart Fougasse. And some Pink Ribbon loaves because Felicity Playford said I could.

09.01.2022 I'm still working on my tinned loaves. This one is looking promising. My baguette game meanwhile is getting quite comfortable. Happy days. So many different things you can do with just flour, water and a little salt.

08.01.2022 What, New Year's Eve tonight? All I know is I'm building up my starter today, ready to make dough tomorrow, to bake on Saturday. So I need to know how much to make. If you want bread on the weekend, and you aren't on a subscription, let me know. I'm adding baguettes as a regular offering. Just white, naturally leavened, same price as a loaf as they use the same amount of dough. Goodbye 2020. I have great hopes for 2021. How things have changed!
