17.01.2022 If you fail to pay your employee’s super on time, you may need to pay the Superannuation Guarantee Charge (interest and administration fees of $20 per employee per late period) and lodge a Super Guarantee Charge Statement. The proposed Superannuation Guarantee Amnesty legislation was introduced to parliament in May 2018, however on 3 April 2019 this was not enacted.
