22.01.2022 To all our Members to keep you up to date we will not be back up and running timetable till we are allowed 20 back inside ,we have this great new facility in the regional area of Bass Coast that stays empty, we have no cases what so ever , we will still be running one on one p.ts until we get notified thank you for your patience ,the pubs seem like the place to go there restrictions have eased up ,seems like more important for mental health go to the pub and keep the gyms shut

21.01.2022 Thank you to all my freinds from along the Bass coast for all the support ,its been a hard 6 months ,only open 6 weeks in this period ,but i have worked hard to set up the best fitness and fight club on the bass coast ,this has been a life dream since i was 18yrs old training out of my Garage with a bag a floor to ceiling and boxing posters up always had a dream of i would love to have my own boxing gym ,after 7 years in wonthaggi not earning a cent we are finaly heading in ...the right direction ,50 members and by june we will have 50 more ,could not of done this with out my support my freinds,my members ,my passion and belief , there are alot of times through covid i started doubting my self but now i dont look back just forward focus on even bigger thing to come at our gym ,and last of all my Mum who has always supported me in my choices and been by my side thank you xx See more

21.01.2022 New timetable starting tommorrow ,only one kids class at 4.14 thursday night ,technique class ,all the rest at 5.15 ,monday, tuesday,friday ,we also have two new morning classes that already have 6 to 8 in the boxfit class girls welcome ,soon to have two more morning,sunday mornings are back on 10am competition fighters a must ,all members welcome to come train from this time 10 till 11am

20.01.2022 Fighters Class is Back on, starts next Monday night , we will be running 4km from our gym over the Bridge and back ,some hill Sprints finishing up with some shadow boxing out in the carpark 6pm every night till we are allowed to be back inside the Gym , no excuses 10 per trainer we will be splitting in to 2 groups

06.01.2022 Fighters class are back in action ,4km runs ,hill sprints ,shadow boxing ,skipping all outside 6pm every night still waiting for the rest of fight class to fill ,while restrictions are on ,all 1.5 appart we have 3 trainers so can have 30 in 3 groups get motivated ,hopfully will not be long till all classes are up and running with at least 20 inside per class ,thank you for the support from the Bass Coast with booking in 1 on 1 p.t.s ,pls in these tough times , give us alot of notice if you can't make your appointment ,Charles and I are trying to keep our days full ,with notice we can fill your spot a bit of respect pls thank you
