24.01.2022 Coila sailing was back last Sunday. It was a beautiful afternoon with a gentle breeze. There are four Coila sailing days left this season - Feb 21st and March 7th. 21st and 28th. The briefing is on at 12 noon, races start shortly afterwards. The club has a Spiral dinghy available for anyone interested in joining the club to take out for a sail.

24.01.2022 Nice day for sailing on Saturday when we held the penultimate Bay Cup race of the season in a 12 to 18 knot nor'easter. Congrats to the winners "Rainbow Runner" (PHS) and "Wishful Thinking" (AMS). Thanks Terry Paton for the photos.

In 1977 Ken Warby broke the Outright Unlimited World Water Speed Record,on Blowering Dam N.S.W with a speed of 288.60 MPH, Ken returned in 1978 to set his second & current record of 317.60MPH, which to this day remains unbroken. https://youtu.be/hDvByVppSZA

15.01.2022 I honestly do not know what to say besides a huge thanks to the crew of InfoTrack who sailed perfectly in a 'fresh' day which saw 44 knots of wind offshore and ...25 of boat speed. What a day in the office ! Bloody f&$*ing amazing !!!!!!! (excuse my Italian) #sailing #offshoreracing #oceanracing #rshyr Cruising Yacht Club Of Australia

11.01.2022 Beautiful summer's day on Coila Lake last Sunday when Sailability Batemans Bay joined the BBSC fleet. The moderate conditions were too much for the mast on "Poppy" which needed a tow back to shore but otherwise it was lovely sailing. Coila racing now takes a holiday break until Feb 7th. Terry Paton took the photos.
