21.01.2022 it's been a hell of a year! The craziest ever! With fires, floods, Covid and huge recent storms, we have been pretty much in all of the hardest hit areas non stop, we are having to take a sudden but much needed break . In a normal year, we take a break and take a holiday to reset the body and mind but that hasn't been possible this year. The body is saying no more in such a physical job!. So after finishing a few jobs this week that we have promised we will be taking the rest of the month off to rest up. Normal service to resume soon!

18.01.2022 We had another couple upgrade their TV today and, while they planned to keep the old TV in the garage, when I asked them if instead, would they like to donate it to a couple who have lost everything, they jumped at the chance. I'm dropping it off to the manor retirement village tomorrow to a couple who lost everything and are currently staying there. If anyone has an old tv they don't want, i can find a home for it!

Thanks for your enquiry regarding the TV services from Mt Wandera and the assistance you provided to our team at the time. ... We are operating from Mt Wandera on a temporary antenna. This antenna is at a different height from the original, so the coverage is likely to be affected in some areas. As you will understand, the restoration of a site such as Mt Wandera requires considerable input. While work on clearing out the damaged equipment is progressing well, there is still a significant amount of work to complete before we can install new equipment. At this stage we are looking at 3 or 4 months more of operation on the temporary antenna system before we complete replacements which will allow us to return to the original coverage from the site. I’m afraid that I cannot be more specific at this time.

Virtually all have been fixed in less than 4 minutes. One request took ten minutes. No run around. No other Telco provider in the country can even come close to that servic...e. As they are a smaller company they can provide faster speeds when things are busy, when the main Telco's systems crash through over usage. I never normally advertise another company, ever. but Mint are fantastic!

11.01.2022 Chris from Lysaght steel gave us a five star review and wrote. Great Service and great value Had Paul diagnose a faulty signal splitter in my home. Paul had the right equipment to quickly diagnose the problem , the right parts to replace them on the day , the great " do it properly" attitude and a good price. Overall very good value and service.... Chris was a great guy and with both our jobs we had many stories where we had been in hard affected bushfire areas and storm damaged areas.

05.01.2022 While still sadly being asked to install tv antennas this week for people in temporary accommodation on rural properties who lost their homes ten months ago in the bush fires, we have now had to install two antenna's for people who have rebuilt! Huge effort!
