25.01.2022 Morning all! Here's a little session I ran through this friday morning. It's an AMRAP - as many rounds as possible - do you can do as much, or as little, as you like! Keep the core part separate and complete that at the end no matter what! And don't forget to warm up first! AMRAP - how many rounds can you do??? 10 jump squats 10 ladder runs (fast feet) ... 10 lateral (side) lunges- right AND left = 1! 10 plank jacks 10 close grip (tricep) push ups 10 burpees (or inchworms if you must!) Core - run through this twice 20 crunches 20 side oblique crunches right 20 side oblique crunches left 60sec plank Have fun!!!



14.01.2022 Hellooo!!! Well, I did not think when I wrote that last post things would change this quickly! Had a feeling it was coming, just not quite so fast. HOWEVER, as I mentioned I was planning something. I was in the process of developing an online training platform and offering my pt services through that. But, seeing as everything's going to hell in a hand basket, that's on the backburner. Instead, starting tomorrow, I'll be sharing a range of workout programs you can do at home, no equipment, no charge!!! Just make sure you like this page to keep up to date! Two a week minimum, all you need is some space, some water, a towel, and a bit of fiery determination!!! Let's do this, let's smash it out together, and then let's all go to a beach next summer and live our best lives!!! Keep your eyes peeled first thing- it'll be worth it!

12.01.2022 Good morning!!! Feel like moving around today? Seeing as it's Friday, I thought a countdown would be nice! Start with a quick warm up- couple if laps of the backyard, lunges, a few squats, some arm circles, get that blood flowing! Then try this: 100 high knees 90 squats 80 mountain climbers... 70 jumping jacks 60 second plank 50 leg raises 40 crunches 30 push ups 20 bicycle crunches 10 inchworms OR burpees! If you've got time, try going from top to bottom, then bottom to top! And don't forget to stretch when you're done. Enjoy!!!

09.01.2022 Hello!!! So, I've been fairly quiet on here for a bit. It's been busy! For those if you who don't know, I've moved to sunny Queensland! I'm now living in Bowen, the mango capital of Australia! It's taken a little to get settled, but now I am, it's planning time! Keep your eyes peeled over the next couple of months, as I'm working on something that will be accessible to everyone everywhere! Until then, if you're in Bowen, come join me Tuesday or Thursday mornings at 5.30am for a rip roaring HIIT session! 45 minutes of fun and movement to wake you up for the day! 08.01.2022 Time for a new workout! Here's The Spartan to start your day tomorrow! 6 rounds of each exercise, 50 reps of each per round - go at your own pace! Can you figure out where the name came from??? Lunges - try jumping/plyo if you dare! Drop squats ... Mountain climbers Tricep dips (use couch if needs be!) Push ups Crunches If you're stuck for time go through one round only, or split it into two rounds of 25! Lots of ways to hit the 300!!!
