The Adelaide Hills Wine Region (AHWR) is seeking expressions of interest from a suitably experienced and qualified applicant to fill the position of the Region's Executive Officer. The position is critical to the continuing development of the AHWR as a premium, differentiated brand in the domestic and international market place. To appropriately fill this position you will be a strong strategic marketer and thinker at heart in ad...dition to having solid general management, negotiation and people management skills. You will have the ability to work independently and in collaboration with a variety of other stakeholders. Reporting to the AHWR Executive Committee through it's Chair, you will manage the day to day affairs of the regional office, direct member services, organise events, support and participate in the activities of the Region's marketing and technical committees, have knowledge of relevant Health Safety and Environmental policies and be able to represent the Region in a variety of industry forums. Organisational ability, wine industry knowledge, self motivation, interpersonal skills and a solid sense of humour will help you secure this position.
