14.01.2022 Welcome back to Girl Guides in 2020! All Units will start back from today and we can't wait to see you all. Senior Guides 14-18 years meet Mondays 4:30-6pm Guides 10-14years meet Mondays 5-7pm... Junior Guides 6-10 years meet Tuesdays 4:25 - 6pm. We do have a couple of spaces in each unit for new members so please let your friends know if they want to join this year to come along! We also need parents willing to step up and volunteer as Leaders this year! It's a wonderful way to spend time with your children and enjoy learning new things. All training is provided and we can guarantee it's a lot of fun and you may try things you never thought you would! Lesley Buchan | District Manager and Leader

Tuesday 23rd July at 6.30pm in our hall. Unfortunately at our first Support Group AGM in May a new committee was unable to be formed. ... Without a Support Group (Parents & friends committee) we are unable to conducted Girl Guide meetings & programs. Maybe you are an ex-Guide, an Guide ex-parent, you see the value in Guides, you are about empowering young women for now and their future... whatever your motivation we welcome you along. Maybe you would like to be involved in other ways? As a volunteer? Leader? Unit helper? Hall hire coordinator? Hall cleaner? Girl Guides in Bathurst has always been a strong organisation and we hope for its continued success for many more years to come. For more information or to RSVP. 07.01.2022 BRAVO & CONGRATULATIONS to Bathurst Senior Guide Sarah Howes who will celebrate achieving the coveted Queen’s Guide Award at a vitual ceremony hosted from Government House, Sydney via Zoom next Saturday 26th September. Sarah completed her final interview for the Queen’s Guide and moved to Port Macquarie just as everything closed down for Covid-19 so her Unit and our District have not been able to celebrate with her yet. ...
