25.01.2022 Last weekend was SO chilly and sadly Bathurst Lions Farmers Market was cancelled due to predictions of bad weather :( The snow fell and on Saturday evening I s...nuggled up in front of my fire with my fingers wrapped around a warm mug of mulled wine, made with my very own Glh-Brew syrup. The ultimate comfort on a winters evening. Then, on Sunday morning, the ultimate comfort food for a winters breakfast: apple pancakes with sour cream, drizzled with Glh-Brew syrup. Forget maple syrup, Glh-Brews warming spices perfectly complimented the apple, and the tang of sour cream balanced the delicious sweetness of the syrup. Yum! It was a tough job, but somebody had to make the pancakes so I could post the photos, and then somebody had to eat them.... so I could post the last photo.... Want some Gluh-Brew ? Head to Leura Cellars when youre in the mountains. Not in the mountains ? Head to Piggs Peake Winery when in the Hunter. Nowhere near either of those places ? Message me and Ill organise a courier to your door. Yay !

01.01.2022 I was excited to hold my first stall at Blackheath Growers Market and it was a great morning! I nearly sold out of both syrups as well as my chocolates, and th...e positive feedback left me elated. It makes such a difference to be able to hand out samples - in a Covid-safe fashion, of course. I love the colour of my new gazebo - it's bright orange; such a happy colour and you should certainly be able to spot me from afar when I'm next there on October 11. But first things first - next weekend I'll be at Bathurst Lions Farmer's Market. That's indoors so no gazebo required. Do come along and say hi. Apart from my tasty treats, there are numerous other fantastic stalls to visit and it's just a great morning out. Don't forget to take your pushbike, because if you haven't cycled around the Bathurst region, you definitely should. See you there ! See more
