22.01.2022 After going through the booking diary, I only have a couple of weeks, here and there, free before it's a new year. As most of you know, I work full time and do the cakes of a night and on weekends. Those few free weekends I had available, I have chose to keep them free so I can catch up on other jobs that I have postponed for "another day". Meaning, I won't be able to take any more orders for this year. I appreciate all my likers, followers, commenters and of course my customers. It's been a privilege making your custom cakes for you, by pushing the boundaries - and of late, gravity :). This will also give me time to learn some new skills to bring to your custom cakes in the new year. Thank you for your understanding:)

22.01.2022 By far our biggest cake to date. This aeroplane has an internal structure to have it sitting on the tarmac, on its wheels so it doesn't look like it has come in for a belly landing. This plane is a novelty replica of Marks aeroplane, who is having his 21st birthday again ... bit like a 21st anniversary of his 21st birthday. What a great idea. Once these cakes are sold, they are gone. We are unable to take any orders if you miss out, so we suggest you get in quick. 16.01.2022 Where has that year gone? Xmas is almost upon us, and we have the old fashioned boiled Xmas puddings available for ordering. They come wrapped in a cloth, so you can put it in a pot of boiling water to heat it up to have warm, drizzled in brandy custard, or you can eat it as is. They serve approximately 8 people, and are priced at $25 each. They can be delivered (within the Bathurst area), posted or picked up - which ever is easiest for you, on a day that suits you. For orders, you can either message me, or phone my Mum, Lyn, (if you have questions regarding ingredients or special requirements, as they contain fruit and nuts) on 6337 7256. 08.01.2022 Wishing everyone all the very best for 2015, hope everyone had a great Xmas. After much thought, I have decided to pull the pin on making cakes for 2015. Other things in my life need prioritising, so, to do this, something had to give, which can only be cake decorating. Those that have placed their orders, I will still be doing, but I won't be taking any more orders. I am forever grateful for those that have had custom cakes made by me, it was fun, challenging, exciting and at times, extremely stressful and physically exhausting - but I wouldn't change a thing. So, thank you one and all, maybe I'll be back in 2016, one can never tell :). Cheers, Bec
