This is a long overdue post from the new Admin For the Group, My Name is Anthony, i've been a Re-enactor for the better parts of 14yrs and whilst doing so i have learnt a bit in my short time - But i'm no expert and i readily get WHOOPED! My Girlfriend Rachel & I Took this over from Michael as She Wants to get into LARP and i Know there are other people in the area interested too. I've un-archived the page so that we can chat and plan meetups like this coming ...Sunday!, that's right this Sunday, like last Sunday and the one before we're making time for people to come around and meet us talk Medieval, Fantasy or anything you'd like to explore within the realms of a LARP Community. To Explain with more Details: I'm opening up our home most sundays from 12pm till 5pm for Fighting, Fun, Fabric and Fables. Fighting = Training To use any weapon or shield safely - Can include Archery in future. Fun = Bring some snacks, Friends - Friends as snacks.... 0.o wait scratch that :P Just all round have a Laugh chat have fun, also we sometimes Host Board game nights after the LARP Stuff If your interested. Fabric = As The Both of us A more then accustomed to sewing our own garments to Medieval events and Re-enators Societies we've bought A.L.O.T of Fabric over the years and we even have a sewing room. Something that if you what to Make a Start in the LARP World and Don't have the cash for that fancy elf outfit then perhaps making it here on certain meet days where you can use our sewing machine and space would help :). Fables = Now This is mostly going to be Character development, immersion, Rules Etc Etc Etc, And all can be discussed and worked on eagerly XD. With a side of Biff (Combat-LARP SWORDS & SHIELDS) I've been building some shields recently so it'll be good fun!
