As we monitor the ongoing outbreaks of Covid19 in NSW, we are conscious of the need to ensure we are doing our part to stop the spread. Our staff have been busy this week ramping up our efforts to ensure we continue to remain a Covid-Safe business.... The following measures have been put into place: - All visitors are asked to sign in upon entry to the dealership at the reception counter. - All visitors are required to observe the 1.5 metre rule as much as possible. We have clearly marked our floors with red & white tape to demonstrate the 1.5 metre zones around our counters and desks. We’d like to make everyone aware that any customers who enter these zones and do not adhere to a staff member’s request to move back, will be asked to leave the premises. - We have hands-free sanitiser stations located at each entry point to the dealership. We ask all visitors to utilise these upon entry. - A strict ‘No Contact’ policy is in place. This means handshakes, high fives, fist bumps, elbow bumps etc. are not permitted. - All of our facilities, stationary, iPads and vehicles are being cleaned routinely with alcohol based disinfectants. - Our Sales team will be wearing face masks & gloves when accompanying guests on a test drive. Guests will also be given the option to wear a mask and gloves if they choose. - Our vehicles will remain locked at all times. If you request to inspect a vehicle, our Sales team will be more than happy to open them for you. Any vehicles subjected to inspections or test drives will be wiped down thoroughly and disinfected before being returned to the yard and locked.
