18.01.2022 Backyard Sewage Treatment Plant(STP). The standard plant will provide full treatment for BOD, Suspended Solids, Ammoniacal Nitrogen and Total Nitrogen plus util...ising a reflux high rate return system to nitrify and denitrify. For Phosphorus dosing, we would include a dedicated chamber connected to the treatment system dosing either ferric chloride or polyaluminium trisilicate to settle out the Suspended Solids reducing the orthophosphates and achieving the phosphorus discharge limit. Annual maintenance 6-8 monthly mechanical and electrical checks, plus grease cartridges, plus sludge removal 2,000 litre every 14-18 months, if operating at full load. For this case we estimate sludge removal every 15 months. These include alarms for RBC loss of rotation, sludge return pump failure, loss of power. We will have the alarm beacon on top of the panel. If SMS is required, this could be easily added. All maintenance are performed by a locally trained operators who we trained during initial installation. See more

17.01.2022 Proof Rolling is a mechanical test method we conduct to ensure the longevity of pavement for the designed applicable traffic load. Computation data from measurements based on Moisture Dry Density (MDD) and the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) is used to ensure the road pavement's design life span, with minimal maintenance costs. This provides Value to our clients, Safety in design, and improves the Community lifestyles while boosting the Economy. Brisbane City Council

14.01.2022 Keeping public trust in engineering is more important than ever "When you drive across the Sydney Harbour Bridge, you trust the bridge isn't going to fall down. If you look at what's been going on, particularly in the tech world recently, one of the things that is causing a lot of pain is the erosion of trust." from Engineers Australia

09.01.2022 Get your building checked today, if it’s compliant with combustible cladding. Form 34 Safer buildings According to QBCC-Queensland For the purpose of assessing... combustible cladding under the Regulation, BCA clause C1.9(e)(vi) has been deliberately excluded from subclause (a) of the definition of combustible cladding in section 16O. This means that the ability to consider bonded laminated materials as suitable for use where non-combustible material is required no longer applies. For clarity, bonded laminated materials will be deemed as combustible unless they can satisfy the requirements of AS1530.1-1994 Our RPEQ Engineers are trained to identify and offer solution to building that have combustible cladding and issue Form 34 Safer buildings See more
