We call this one our Lil Jerry Seinfeld Its a joke reserved for the keen Seinfeld fan (but lets not get distracted) This chicky thigh fillet is steeped in cultured goats milk from our awesome friends @meredithdairy and then we coat it in our tweeked flour then fried. She then sits on top of our home made slaw with sriracha mayo on our red brioche buns. All this with a side of our hand cut chips. 14.01.2022 Does fish and chips really need to be unhealthy ? After a day of basically prepping the whole menu again for opening today with my two kitchen superstars, it got me thinking as to how much veg we go through for our salads and salsa, crisps etc. Do other chippers go to our extent with the healthier side??? We avoid products that contain fillers and preservatives wherever we can. No, we dont sell Chicko rolls or Corn Jacks or the mini dims sims cause we want to know whats i...n our product that were handing to you to feed your family, your kids, your elderly relatives or even your neighbors. We hand cut our chips everyday so we know that things are fresh. Same with our potato cakes and sweet potato cakes. Hand press our mince for our patties and slice up our chicken for nuggets and our burgers. Source our buns from a bespoke baker. Does this all matter to the consumer? To you? We hope so. We do it cause we love food and we love serving good food. 10.01.2022 Coming into our busy summer trade, we currently looking for another cook to join our team. We operate from 12pm til late 6 days a week. We require someone for our night crew from 4:30 til late. Duties will include prep, cooking, washing and cleaning up and some customer service.
