22.01.2022 Maybe a missed opportunity, from what we have witnessed over two decades there is a lot of coercion, intimidation and outright fraud that happens at the ballot box and more often than not the NSW electoral commission turns a blind eye. Not exactly a great expression of Democracy as some like to claim.

20.01.2022 More examples of Institutionalised Corruption, the NSW Government hands out millions to Councils in Liberal electorates which are a fraction of the size of Councils in Western Sydney and many of them were allowed to avoid Amalgamation, those Councils like ours were forced into Amalgamation and we now have to pay a large part of the cost of Amalgamation and are stuck now with over centralised Corporate Councils that are inefficient, costly and completely undemocratic. Who got the worst deal Gladys?

18.01.2022 The evidence just keeps rolling in that amalgamations have been a complete disaster for residents in Councils like Cumberland and we are forced to keep paying the cost.

13.01.2022 2600 new residents and a lousy public transport system can only mean heaps more traffic on Amy Street, REGENTS PARK.

12.01.2022 Catastrophic policy from the start, shrouded in secrecy and a selective approach which allowed Councils in Liberal territory to avoid Amalgamations. Auburn Council for all it's faults was financially stable and delivered reasonable services to it's ratepayers and now Cumberland is out of control, in debt up to it's neck and has already cut services, while the Mayor wastes Council resources on his own political ambitions. And residents are going to be left with the bill.

12.01.2022 The Commonwealth Bank took to our Community with a sledgehammer yesterday, Friday 23rd October. It wasn't enough closing the branch in AMY St, REGENTS PARK. They removed both ATM's and turned off the lights. As if those hundreds of loyal local customers never existed, those thousands of people who bought their first homes through the bank, who paid a fortune in interest but received a piddling interest on their savings. It's their actions which speak a thousand words and their deceitful manipulation of customers tells the real story. 10.01.2022 Money still talks, when Developers are allowed to to flout the LEP & DCP and then return to the Local Planning Panel for more concessions repeatedly. NO WONDER, residents feel frustrated and dis-empowered and the State Government strips more rights away. Thats why we end up with the Auburn Central's and Aya Eliza type developments.

02.01.2022 Have you wondered about all these new NDIS Shop fronts popping up on the ground floor of these new high rise apartment blocks in Auburn and it was only a few weeks ago when Federal Police raided a local premises charging the owner with fraud of NDIS. Public money being scammed by fraudsters.
