Apartments with no profits paid to investors, no marketing costs, lower stamp duty, larger, higher quality, more sustainable.

21.01.2022 4pm to 6pm drop in at Stackwood to help influence the most substantial redevelopment in Fremantle suburb east of Hampton Road. The Knutsford creative quarter will be discussed, its future, goals for sustainable development.

19.01.2022 Looking forward to meeting interested parties at our Baugruppe Info Session tomorrow - 2-4pm 15th March, at the Sullivan Hall, 2 Nanine Street, White Gum Valley. A number of participants and project partners will be attending so please bring any questions you have about the project along! Well also have a walk down to the site, which is about 100m from the Hall, so please bring a hat and rain jacket/umbrella as rain is forecast again. Refreshments and nibbles will also be on hand. In regards to transportation, there are plenty of bike racks and car parking bays off Nanine Ave in front of the hall, and there are also a few public transport options from Fremantle station - see Transperth website for more info.

19.01.2022 Baugruppe is looking for the final participants to join us in this innovative, Australia-first sustainable housing development! We are a group of diverse local people, acting as the developer, to build an architecturally designed 18-dwelling residence with many communal features including a shared apartment and studio, rooftop terrace, and garden courtyard. Dwellings will be climate responsive, using passive solar design and innovative construction materials, resulting in homes that are more comfortable and require less energy. A shared, battery ready, solar panel system will generate renewable energy to ensure lower operating costs. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!

13.01.2022 spaceagency Architect Michael Patroni explains his design for the baugruppe at WGV which introduces the concept of "stacked homes". The final one or two places are likely to be filled this week which will enable construction to commence in the next few months.
