19.01.2022 OZTAG REGISTRATION UPDATE: Last week we had an extraordinary response to this season’s registrations. We are currently attempting to identify whether we can take any further teams into the Friday competition. We are hoping that we will be able to confirm one way or the other within the next 48 hours. This will be the same for individual registrations. We will create a further facebook post when that determination has been made. 16.01.2022 UNDER 13 BOYS TEAM REGISTRATION VACANCY: We have identified a dual team registration which means that a team was registered twice. As such we have a vacancy in the Boys Under 13's competition. If anyone has a team in that age group that missed out they can email [email protected] to claim the team position. We can't take a different aged team into the competition due to game configurations.

16.01.2022 INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS: This is the first season that we have been unable to offer individual registrations for our Junior Competitions as all spots have been filled by team registrations. I have asked team organisers/managers of existing teams to consider taking extra players for their teams. If any team organisers/managers can take extra players into their teams they will make a comment on this post along the lines of `We have an Under 10 Girls team and can take an extr...a player'. If anyone wants to take up the offer they can DM (direct message) the team organiser/manager to get the team code and then register into that team. Hopefully we will get a number of teams willing to take extra players.

14.01.2022 NSW Junior City v Country UPDATE To address concerns surrounding the re-emergence of cases around NSW: - At this stage CvC is going ahead as planned with the ...tournament on Sunday the 2nd August. - Australian Oztag strongly advise anyone who feels unwell, has symptoms or has been to any hot spot areas to get tested for COVID19. - Australian Oztag, Coaches, players and parents will all have a responsibility to adhere to the current restrictions and policies in place by NSW Government. - The tournament COVID Officers will be strict on enforcing AO's COVID Safety Plan. Please note: The 1 parent per player rule will be strictly monitored. If a parent is not listed on the rego form, they will be asked to leave. - Shadow players can attend if they want to as they are part of the team. However, those attending must be listed on the Registration form. - There has been a slight change to game times for the U17s Boys & Girls at Collegians. 11.01.2022 WEBSITE: All Oztag websites, including Baulkham Hills Oztag were hacked yesterday and are currently being fixed. It appears that it is taking up to 6 hours to fix each website so it could be some time before our webpage is back online. I will add a comment on this post when the webpage is up and running again.

09.01.2022 WOMEN’S OPEN REP TEAM: We are looking for two further players for our Women’s Open Rep team to play at the Senior State Cup in Coffs Harbour on the 19/20/21 March 2021. 08.01.2022 ONLINE REGISTRATION UPDATE: Junior team registrations are now open. An issue has been identified with senior team registrations which we are hoping to resolve shortly. Until that issue is resolved senior teams will not be able to register.

08.01.2022 AO General Manager, Bill Harrigan brings to you an update on the plans for the 2021 NSW Junior State Cup (12's-17's) to be played in Coffs on the 11th, 12th, 13...th and 14th of February, 2021. The following has been confirmed: Boys and Girls 12's-14's will play over Thursday and Friday (11th & 12th Feb) Boys and Girls 15's-17's will play over Saturday and Sunday (13th & 14th Feb). Further details to come.

07.01.2022 2020 OZTAG REGISTRATIONS: Oztag registrations will commence on the 1st of September, 2020 with the competitions starting from Friday the 9 October, 2020. The competitions will be played as follows (some slight changes):... Mondays - Boys 15/16's and Men's comp. Tuesdays - Junior Mixed (14-16) and Senior Mixed comp. Wednesdays - Under 15/16 Girls and Ladies comp. Fridays - Under 6 to Under 14 Boys and Girls. An important change for this year is that Active Kids Vouchers will now be submitted by players/parents at the time of registration. I realise that people will have a lot of questions and rather then answer multiple questions further details will be supplied in facebook posts over the next two weeks. 01.01.2022 OZTAG REGISTRATION UPDATED INFORMATION: Team registrations commence tomorrow at 10am. The link to the site is http://baulkhamhills.oztag.com.au/ Individual registrations will commence next Tuesday the 8/9/2020 for Under 6's to Under 14's. We will assess whether we can take any further individual registrations in any other age groups outside of Under 6's to 14's next week.... IMPORTANT UPDATE: Our Friday competition has now been shortened to 9 weeks as we have to vacate the fields a week earlier then we anticipated. The competition will consist of 7 x competition rounds and 2 finals rounds. All teams will play in the finals regardless of finishing position. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday comps. Due to fields having to be vacated we will be holding a make up round on a Sunday afternoon in November to get to 9 rounds in those competitions. We just need to confirm the most suitable Sunday and once that is confirmed we will let everyone know. I apologise for these late changes but as everyone is aware these are trying times and we just have to work with what we've got. All players must have played Junior State cup for either Bulls, Norwest or Nepean. There is no sign on desk; players must move directly to their field Parents must not loiter on the sideline. Drop off and pick up only. Most trials are on the outside fields and parents can watch from their cars.
