02.01.2022 Dear Baulko Families, It is with regret that we advise our families that today the AFL have come to the very difficult decision to postpone the commencement of ...the 2020 Season nationally for Community Football/Auskick until May 31, as a result of the response to COVID-19 The postponement of the season until this date also means the cancellation of practice matches, training sessions (including umpire training), events and AFL education courses until this time. The AFL understand that although this outcome may not be the decision that Clubs and members were hoping for, as a football community we must come together and respond accordingly as we navigate through an extremely difficult time for everyone here in Australia and around the world. The health and safety of our football community participants, players, coaches, umpires, volunteers, officials and spectators are paramount. As COVID-19 remains a situation that is changing rapidly, we will continue to work closely with the AFL and update our families as new information comes to hand.
