24.01.2022 We are still here ! You can still pop in to see us at the Shop Front in Toodyay or call us with any questions you may have 9200 6309. Wednesdays have been a little quiet in the Shop so we are changing to Fridays only 10am-4pm. We also have some staff taking some leave over the festive season so the Shop will be closed from 11 December 2015 to 14 January 2016. Open Friday 15 January 2016. We apologise for any inconvenience but wish you a very safe and happy festive season.

18.01.2022 A big shout out and Thank You to the Toodyay Agricultural Society for another fantastic show especially all the volunteers who make the day and its preparations possible. Thanks for popping in to see us and the support many of you shared for the project. Look forward to catching up Sat Oct 31 at the Gidgee Ag Show. We are really lucky to have been able to support several local shows over the years and reinforce how farming can work hand in hand with bauxite exploration and mining co-existing and complimenting one another There is a long history of mining and agriculture co-existing here in WA all over the state and in the Darling Ranges.

09.01.2022 News Update The sale of Bauxite Resources Limited interest in Bauxite Alumina Joint Ventures to Yankuang Resources Limited has recently been completed. This means:... BRL has transferred to Yankuang all its interests in the tenements that relate to the joint ventures; Yankuang has paid BRL $7.15 million and will pay a royalty of 0.9% of the FOB price for the first 100 million tonnes of bauxite mined from the Fortuna and Felicitas tenements; BRL has bought back Yankuang’s 19,700,000 shares in BRL for the sum of $1.15 million. Given the current economic climate, we will be focusing on the activities required to maintain the tenements in good standing. Further development work on the Felicitas and Fortuna projects will be deferred until economic conditions improve. We will also be closing the Toodyay Office effective 29/01/15. Name Change In the coming weeks, Bauxite Alumina Joint Ventures will be renamed to reflect our new ownership. In the meantime, we will post updates on our web site and Facebook page. 08.01.2022 Latest Update - New Name Thank you for your continued dialogue and interest in the Felicitas and Fortuna Bauxite Mining Project developments. The sale of Bauxite Resources Limited’s interest in Bauxite Alumina Joint Ventures (BAJV) to Yankuang Resources Limited has recently been completed. Bauxite Alumina Joint Ventures Pty Ltd has changed to Yankuang Bauxite Resources Pty Ltd, effective 1 February 2016. ... Given the current economic climate, we will be focusing on the activities required to maintain the tenements in good standing. Further development work on the Felicitas and Fortuna projects will be deferred until economic conditions improve. This means that activities and meetings for the projects and the bauxite mining community advisory group will cease. The process of integrating into the new entity Yankuang Bauxite Resources Pty Ltd will be communicated as changes are implemented. 07.01.2022 Today, BRL and Yankuang (joint owners of BAJV) have announced the signing of a non-binding memorandum of understanding that will, subject to a number of approvals, see: -The existing Joint Ventures between the parties terminated; -BRL sell its interests in the Joint Ventures and its 100% owned Fortuna bauxite rights to Yankuang for cash consideration and a royalty right; and... -BRL buy back Yankuang’s shares in BRL and Yankuang cease to be represented on the BRL Board.
