09.01.2022 Another cattle record has broken. However this time, it ain't steers. Cows with Calves get the accolade today, with a small line of 4 Speckle Park Cows with the...ir 2nd CAF coming in at $5,580. Congratulations to vendors Dale & Robyn Scott from Gippsland and agent Alex Dixon of Elders Korumburra, with the total of 45 C&C offered achieving an average of $4,034 per unit. Following the phenomenal result, Dale commented: "We secured these cattle as weaners out of the drought. With the current season in Victoria and impending La Nina, there is huge confidence in cattle prices for the next 12 months.
