Sesame oil is easily found on your local supermarket shelves and is well known for its nourishing and healing properties. Plus its not expensive! Sesame Oil - 10ml... Tea Tree - 10 drops Rosemary - 10 drops Combine ingredients in a 25ml amber glass bottle with dropper ($5) and shake well to combine. 05.01.2022 My kitchen sink plug was looking a tad grimey and gross. Instead of reaching for a supermarket chemical-based product I decided Id give something more natural a go. I learned this secret a couple of years ago and it never fails. I combined 1/2 cup bicarbonate soda with 1/4 cup tap water and 10 drops of lemon essential oil. I left the paste in the sink for an hour and then rinsed with hot water. 05.01.2022 During this time of home isolation (in stage 4 Victoria) I have spent some time researching the use of essential oils to assist our emotional wellbeing. I think with the reality of what we are all going through we have days of moving through different stages of grief. One minute were feeling great with a positive mindset, and the next minute its all too much and the light at the end of the tunnel seems unattainable.
