19.01.2022 A warm HELLO to all our Baxter Melbourne friends, We hope that this email finds you well and in good health. We understand that there is a lot of concern in the community around COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and we would like to advise you of our current response plan for this situation. ... Our first priority is the health and safety of our clients and our staff and we are implementing a number of measures to ensure that we can deliver services as safely as possible. With this in mind the following protocols come in effect from today the 18th of March 2020: Your responsibility: You will be required to sanitised your hands upon arrival into the salon. You will be required to disclose if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms If you are displaying any symptoms we will kindly request that you rebook your appointment once you have received a medical clearance from your GP. Our responsibility: We will be serving all drinks in disposable paper cups All work stations will be fully sanitised in-between clients For obvious reasons magazines will no longer be available to clients until further notice. Please feel free to bring your own literature and/device into the salon. We will also do our best to practice social distancing in the salon so everyone has a good amount of personal space between each other during their appointment. Bathroom, door handles, benches, basins, chairs, phones efptos machine and visible surfaces will be sanitised/disinfected with hospital grade cleaning products at least 3 times a day I would like to extend a very big thank you for all your amazing support and loyalty over the years.
