15.01.2022 After the recent announcements in regard to the reopening of Victoria, we want to let our locals know we will still remain closed from 28th October. We are working through our reopening plan, and hope to bring you good news by the 9th of November. In the meantime, we will not be taking any bookings. Please bare with us, as a reopening update will be shared with all our valued locals soon. Our bottleshop remains open during this time.

03.01.2022 The Carlton Draught truck is coming to Baxter Tavern. Selling take home growlers full of freshly poured Carlton Draught. The truck will operate in our carpark from this Friday & Saturday 29th & 30th May, 2pm till 3pm. And will operate each Wednesday to Saturday after.
