04.01.2022 With the price of vegetables going up, having to look for a cheaper alternative and still making it tasty is still possible... Corn, green pepper and zucchini succotash with local snapper . Some of the best value vege at the moment and full of flavour! Happy cooking

04.01.2022 It’s been a lot of downtime due to Covid-19 but as now things are slowly getting back to normal, I would like to share with my followers some things that have been keeping me busy during during this difficult time . It hasn’t been easy for anyone and I’m sure a lot of people out there may have struggled at some time to come up with new ideas to feed the family and keep it interesting. Baycookingschool is here for you again if you would like to refine your technique or learn something new . Feel free to email me for some guidance moving forward. I am looking forward to getting back to business and creating some delicious food!
