The positions available are long term roles with an immediate start available. Servicing the mainland and 6 Islands within the Redlands’ area of Brisbane, we pick-up and deliver a large range of goods including parcels and flatpacks, white goods and furniture, building and landscape materials, groceries, pharmaceutical goods and more. We also under...take household furniture removals. Based in Redland Bay, you will be home every night and will be working with a good, hardworking bunch of people. The business has been running since 1974 and has a great reputation within the transport industry. Having recently secured additional long term work the business is currently looking for fit and enthusiastic workers to join the team. Ideally candidates will possess a truck licence (HR preferred), and experience as a multi drop delivery driver, truck driver, and/or furniture removalist. The health and safety of our employees, customers and community is our number one priority. We are closely monitoring guidance from Government and Public Health organisations and taking action in line with these recommendations. The steps we are taking:... We recognise the trust our customers place in us when we deliver to your home, or workplace. The precautions our Management and Staff are taking include: Sharing advice with our teams about how to stay healthy, including practising frequent hand washing, wearing masks as required and social distancing. Regularly cleaning our workplaces, vehicles and delivery equipment such as scanners. Encouraging team members to monitor their health and seek medical attention if they develop flu-like symptoms. Any team member who reports, or displays flu-like symptoms, will be asked to stay home. Supporting our teams to follow travel advice and quarantine practices as directed by local authorities. For the time being you will not be required to sign for your delivery. Our team will leave your goods in a safe place, where we are able to do so.
