This has been specifically designed & built for noise reduction of the mechanical & refrigeration services that will be contained within. With a lot of restrictions in place this saw some considerable hours for the design and construction of this enclosure. When awarded the refurbishment of the Tarrawarra Estate Restaurant by MIC Projects, we integrated 100 metres of linear slot diffusers seamlessly into the 2 kilometres of stained blackbutt used to create this epic feature ceiling. With all walls curving to emulate the surrounding landscape, all measurements had to be millimetre perfect.

10.01.2022 Bay City have been engaged by Tandem Building Group to carry out the Mechanical Package for Chelsea Heights Primary School. Consisting of all new air conditioning, extraction and ventilation systems and a new gas line. Work has commenced and is due for completion the end of 2020.

01.01.2022 Luma Pictures is one of the most prolific visual effects houses in the world, creating effects for the Marvel movies such as Spiderman, Thor & The Avengers. Bay City were engaged to carry out the Air Conditioning change over to their 1000sqm Creation Hub. The brief was clear zero downtime on artists computers allowed. Bay City took the brief seriously & in Marvel style, we came in through the roof. There was zero disruption to artists or computers & the Creation Hub was ready to roll.
