24.01.2022 Diesel oil catch can. Fitted to a late model VW Amarok.. full service history on the vehicle. Always serviced on time by the book.. We fitted the catch can @ 80 000km. Have just drained it @ 90 000km and this is what we found. 150-200ml of oil that has been prevented from entering the turbo/ engine.. Even low km engines should have a catch can fitted and this is why.
