20.01.2022 So easy and SO fun!! What you need: 2 punnets strawberries 1 bunch of green grapes 2 bananas yogurt covered sultanas or mini-marshmallows (whichever you prefer).... Method: Cut off the tips of your strawberries and set aside. Thinly slice your bananas and set aside. If not serving immediately, you might want to squeeze a bit of lemon over the bananas to prevent from turning brown. Get your grapes and yogurt-covered sultanas or mini-marshmallows. I like using the yogurt covered sultanas as they seem healthier and weigh down the kebab a bit more. Now start assembly. Ideally, use extra-long toothpicks (you can use normal toothpicks, but it's just a little more challenging to fit all the fruit on). Thread the grape through, then banana, then strawberry (careful not to force down too hard and break the banana), then the yogurt covered sultana. Repeat! See more
