12.01.2022 SPIRIT CALLS Yoga & Ritual Bay Of Fires Bush Retreat 20 - 22 March 2020... Spirit Calls is a unique offering of Yoga fused with a guided journey into the realm of ritual, and is perfectly set in the blissfully untouched Bay of Fires in Tasmania. Explore the alchemy of emotional transmutation through Yogic movement and breathe practices. Invoke Spirit through the experience of devotional ceremony and ritual. Our intention is to seek harmony with the universe while resonating that same intention inwards into the vastness of our body and mind ... the innerverse. Teachings from Tantra, Vinyasa Krama and Yin Yoga are shared throughout this retreat as a platform for somatic enquiry. This includes Ecstatic Dance, gentle chakra meditation and Sound Healing (all Yoga offerings are beginner friendly). Learn about Australian Native medicinal plants and cleansing practices to form a baseline understanding of our intention and processes when we sit in ceremony. There will also be opportunity to take part in the Japanese practice of forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku) within the pristine natural surrounds of our retreat location. Co-created by two spirit birds on a quest to shift the narrative of suffering as a conscious collective, and facilitate healing through connection and community. Your facilitators: Krystal Yamamoto Yoga "Krystal Yamamoto is a 500HR Registered Yoga Teacher and devoted practitioner of over fifteen years. She has also received her 50HR Yin Yoga accreditation in Melbourne Australia and completed her 100HR Trauma Informed Yoga training in Kathmandu Nepal, where she also received her certification in Sound Healing. While she is passionate in exploring the bodies physical potential, the core of both her personal and teaching practice rests in the belief that the philosophies and techniques taught within the vastness of Yoga, are tools that facilitate transformative self-healing. Devoted in pursuing the path of Karma Yoga and Sacred Activism, she identifies as an agent for social change. Within her personal practice, she incorporates aspects of shamanic ritual, breathework and meditation, in curious exploration of the more subtle layers of the ‘pancha koshas’ (Five Sheaths). Krystal is also an avid practitioner of the Tantric arts, practicing it’s teachings for the past three years with the intention of nurturing conscious relationships rooted in and guided by Truth." www.KrystalYamamoto.com Beck Hall Yoga "Beck Hall is a passionate Yoga Teacher who completed her 200HR in Canggu Bali, her 300HR in Sri Lanka with Mathiue Boldron, and her 50HR Yin Yoga training with Annie Au. She is an enthusiastic lover of life who is dedicated to her health and happiness. She offers a safe and welcoming environment for you to learn and appreciate the healing powers of yoga and self-love. Beck is passionate about helping others achieve a life that is free from suffering, creating a space that allows you to simply let go and surrender. Her teaching style is deeply healing, perfect for everyone to receive. Beck’s intuition led her to becoming a yoga teacher. She often dreamt of being able to share the practice with others, therefore following the call from spirit to do so. Having been through a traumatic experience with Breast Cancer in 2015, she decided to leave the stressful life of being a corporate high achiever and follow her passion for Yoga and wellness. www.BeckHallYoga.com Accomodation will be single or twin share in luxurious Glamping bell tents.
