21.01.2022 Message from Claude Hey Everyone, I just want to thank all the patients who have wished me well through my recovery these past 2 months. Shows what an amazing community the wide bay is and I'm very proud to be apart of it. For those unaware, I have been off work due to rupturing my Bicep tendon 2 months ago at football training and am now 6 weeks post surgery. Of all my injuries I've had, this is the first I've had to have surgery on, which has been interesting to say the ...least. Recovery has been going quite well even though I still have a long way to go with rehab. Despite this, I'm hoping to be back working very shortly as well as continuing my rehabilitation (lucky I work at an Osteopathy clinic). It's important to stay positive as much as possible even when things dont go your way. Big thankyou goes out to everyone from doctors, friends and my football club who have been extremely supportive and helpful, but also the Bay Osteopathy team who have been an amazing family to me to which I'm very lucky.
