20.01.2022 Hi all, hope you are well. Because of the events we have to deal with I thought I'll share the following. How do we stay positive , happy and not allow negativity, fear and doubt sink in. My method is to have total faith in my journey and I try to practice gratefulness and presence whether I encounter good times or challenging times. Try to never dwell in the past unless to draw a lesson from it or the future for it is not up to me. Focussing on something positive helps too.Remember the past is a tiger and the future is a dragon. If you live and I mean live in the present you will never have to face them. What is your method?

09.01.2022 Don't panic: Stay positive your immune system will benefit from your state of mind. Stay hydrated with warm water at body temperature. Clean your hands and face before and after training. And use this exercise if you are fit to do so. Ask your doctor and do your own research.
