25.01.2022 At Bayside Radiology our priority is our patients, the local community and our staff. We remain open but ask that if you are exhibiting any symptoms associated with COVID-19 to call us before attending the practice. If you are trying to reach us by phone, our lines may be busier than usual and the wait time may extend. We seek your understanding with this as our team will be assisting other people and each case may be unique and treated with importance.... If your query does not require an immediate response, you can also contact us on our website. Over the coming days and weeks we will continue to monitor the situation, following advice of Health Authorities as instructed

24.01.2022 We are asking that any non-required persons remain outside the practice / in their car during the appointment time where possible, this is to reduce the number of people within the waiting room. Carers and young children can continue to accompany as needed, as can a partner for obstetrics scans. If you have any concerns about this, please just talk to our team at time of booking so we can try to accommodate.

20.01.2022 Its World Osteoporosis Day on Sunday! Osteoporosis Australia has put together a patient brochure all about osteoporosis and what it may mean for you. Appointments available daily. Call or come in and see us if you need a scan.

19.01.2022 We know there have been a lot of changes recently and we have made some of our own as well to ensure we can continue to be open and provide a service when you need it. We continue to Bulk Bill all Medicare referrals and can still accept same-day appointments. In the interests of all our patients and staff, we have introduced a more comprehensive booking processes. This does take longer than normal and we appreciate your understanding as our team works through this, both on the phone or in person at the practice. You can continue to request an appointment online at any time as well.

18.01.2022 If you are unsure whether you should come in to the practice currently, we can help you over the phone or online. We understand in the current climate you may need to reschedule. If you do please just contact us by phone or email and one of our team will be happy to help you with this.

13.01.2022 We have updated our phone booking hours to help manage the volume. We appreciate your patience if you need to hold longer than usual. We have implemented an additional number of screening questions at the time of booking, to make sure we handle all calls properly.
