19.01.2022 After a year of ongoing complications from a mesh surgery that went wrong now culminating in a lovely collection of blood clots in one arm..it's time to retire from massage for me..i have another lovely therapist sarah on board I can refer to..but i have put the business up for sale..both the clinic itself and the business..i just want to thank everyone for their wonderful support over so many years..it has been such a beautiful journey and I appreciate and thank each and every one of you.

07.01.2022 This is how fitness should look, all shapes, all sizes..I may be a size 16-18 but I exercise every day, yoga, weights, walking, swimming, my body is just right as it is..strong, functional and bloody beautiful, I am several weeks away from finishing my Cert 3/4 in Personal Training and being a "Plus Sized" Trainer..woo hoo..and now i know where to get some ethical work out gear that actually fits ! Yay world..love your work xx
