23.01.2022 To a non member this 6 hour tow would attract cost recovery fees of at least $960. But not for this happy member of VMR Victoria Point. Breakdowns can happen to... anyone. Join VMRVP for an annual membership fee of $77 and let us look after you while you enjoy your boating experience in peace. We look after our members and we will get you home safely if trouble comes your way. Sound like a deal? Then join up without further delay. The annual membership fee is truly value for money.

07.01.2022 This is an email I received from Boatsafe Qld Please remember people cheapest is not necessary the best way to go. Regarding a Post last night regarding a Boatsafe provider on the Gold Coast, My name is Gordon Petersen a new member, I am Hon. Secretary of Boatsafe Queensland Inc. The Industry Association for those holding an authority from Maritime Safety Queensland to conduct training and assessment for Recreational Marine Drivers Licence and Personal Water Craft (Jet Ski) W...e have a code of conduct which our members must abide by unfortunately there are providers out there that are not conducting their business in accordance with MSQ Boatsafe Business Rules, MSQ are aware of those and believe me they are moving to rectify this, unfortunately the provider that the person chose was not one of our members, On seeing the persons Post our executive committee have decided that our association will fully fund a Boat & Jet Ski license for her. So that members do not make the same mistake as this person below is a list of OUR MEMBERS on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane in alphabetical order, Just Google. For $77 per year as an associate member we can assist, if you aren’t a member the charges are $160 per hour for assistance. Stay safe and wear a life jacket.
