This session was exactly what I needed, a good old fashioned chat with a body detox, I released so much mucus (sign of acidity/stress in the body) and toxicity - afterwards my mind felt so clear, my heart felt so light and I was on cloud 9! exactly what I needed! I am soo thankful for you all, both near and far for joining us in this community space where we share all things gut health, colonics, enemas, detoxing, poo and natural health. My original goal was always to share the incredible benefits from colonics and detoxification, in hopes to educate o...thers on how they can heal their gut and heal/manage their conditions in the best most natural way possible. To normalise colonics and remove the embarrassment and shame away from seeking help with things like constipation, diahorrea, bad gas, IBS so people could get the help they need. Toxicity can be the root of so many health issues and colonics can be so beneficial mentally and physically in so many ways. Watching you all transform and receiving all of your messages, calls and feedback is so rewarding. . Colonics and enemas saved my life when I was so sick from Colonic Inertia, a condition where the bowel stops moving completely and I never wanted anyone to feel alone through the process as I once did.
