20.01.2022 I work out of rooms at Highett Podiatry. Your health and well being are my primary concern at this time. I can offer telephone consultations - just book through Highett Podiatry on 95553044 and tell them that you want a phone consult. I will call you at the designated time or you can have a face to face appointment. If you attend a face to face appointment - Our highest priority, is keeping you and our staff healthy and safe through this difficult time. ... Some changes have been implemented in order to achieve this. Please take the time to read through the following and if you have any questions or concerns, please call my rooms at Highett Podiatry on 95553044. If you have a respiratory illness or fever do not attend your forthcoming appointment. Stay away if you have had contact with someone with Covid- 19 or have returned from overseas within the last 14 days. Please call 95553044 to reschedule. - All of Highett Podiatry staff and myself have completed an eLearning course in Infection Control Training- Covid 19 through the Australian Government Department of Health. Patient load has been reduced by 50% to ensure that there are less people coming through the clinic and ensuring adequate time to thoroughly clean all surfaces and treatment areas. To minimise people in the waiting area, we ask that you arrive on time (not early) and do not attend with non-essential others. There are antibacterial hand gel, gloves and paper towel available for your use Contactless payment is best but if this is not possible we are implementing no direct touch to our eftpos terminal by using gloves and protective shielding. The front door is being kept open, even when it’s chilly, to minimise touching of door handles. Hope to hear from you soon Comments
