03.01.2022 What a meaningful week I have had - I checked in on 15 clients 3 months after attending a Quit Cigarettes Hypnotherapy session with me and they are all doing well and enjoying their non smoker lives. I also spoke to a client who used to be a 40 cigs a day for 40 years person and she LOVES being a non- smoker even though still doesn't quite understand how she became a non smoker after one session of hypnotherapy! I did remind her she truly wanted to quit - and that hypnothe...rapy makes it easier to achieve what you want to achieve. Hope your week has been going well too, Amanda
