09.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Just when you wondering when are they coming back?... ...it’s TODAY! As usual, we will be open from 5pm for dinner. There will be no dinner boxes till Monday (sorry!) but we do have new dishes on the menu for you to try (and some old favourites have made it back which shows persistence on your part pays off ). ... COVID restrictions have been tightened again so if your feeling unwell, we’ll see you when you’re feeling better. We’ll be masked up to keep you all safe, we have lots of soap and sanitiser around for you to use and you’ll all be required to check in via the NSW SERVICE app (so make sure you have it downloaded). Unfortunately, by law, if you’ve forgotten your phone to check-in, you are not allowed to be checked in as a dependent (unless you are 12 years old or under) and we won’t be able to allow you to dine-in the restaurant. 04.01.2022 Susie lives in a very tall building around the corner. She likes to keep fit by doing Body Pump classes and she loves to play golf. Susie was the one to tell us that she’s been buying extra dinners to put in the freezer for when she doesn’t have time to cook. She said she thaws them overnight in the fridge and then heats them as normal in the microwave and everything is the same. This will be our last week of service (Friday 18th) before we close for our Christmas break an...d re-open on 7th January. We will start making dinners again the week starting Monday 11th. 03.01.2022 Ying works in hospitality, is our friend and neighbour who lives across the road. You may have met her as she likes to come and help us when we’re really busy or to just bring us food she’s cooked. Ying loves to cook and we’re always eating her food because she doesn’t know how to cook small amountsthere is only so much her husband can eat (lucky us)! The venue that Ying works at was closed over lockdown so she started learning how to make spiral pastry (from YouTube) to... keep herself busy. Ying was due to go back to work last week but has now been notified that the renovations they were doing have been delayed so she won’t be able to go back to work till the end of November.
