18.01.2022 Great turnout for Father’s Night at Joeys and Cubs last night. Lots of fun sharing time together and competing in games. Thanks to Lorikeet for organising the events and to all who took part.

17.01.2022 Scout leaders are all volunteers who give up their time to help and guide our youth members through their scouting journey. Every week they show up in a multitu...de of ways. Leaders celebrate their youth members achievements, encourage them when they struggle and offer an ear to listen when needed. Madison was lucky enough to have Super Sam (left) and Blue (right) as her leaders for 4 and 7 years respectively during her time in Scouts and Venturers. 09.01.2022 15 Bayview Scouts out in nature, living, learning and having fun as a unit while the FNQ weather is perfect! So many activities... Hiking, rock hopping, low ropes course, water safety, canoeing, pioneering (build 2x patrol catapults= flour bomb battle) swimming, cooking, camp set up/ pack down & a campfire/scouts own.... phew!... Thanks to our leaders Wallaby and Redback (our awesome new leader) and our fantastic parent helper Steve for a great weekend! And thanks again Camp Barrabadeen for looking after us... the ice blocks were well timed!
