18.01.2022 LUXURY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT - Gladesville March 2018 - A large project that required extensive excavation with our 5.7 tonne excavator. Initially, we stacked and removed 60 pallets of existing sandstone blocks to be reused, and levelled 3 new house blocks, building quarried sandstone retaining walls, and using quarried sandstone to create a new modern finish pool in each property. We carried out extensive drainage and plumbing works, and created level usable land for each of the new houses. 06.01.2022 A recent swimming pool excavation completed for a client in Frenchs Forest. We used our 1.7 tonne mini excavator and dumper through a narrow passage down the side of their house to excavate for a new swimming pool just in time for the warm weather! 03.01.2022 Recently finished bulk and detailed rock excavation using our 5.7 tonne and 3.5 tonne excavators. We used our rock saws and rock hammers to cut footings and plumbing trenches into rock for this 2 house development.
