22.01.2022 #Repost @aliceblows (@get_repost) MY 8 WEEK WBFF PREP Going into my first ever prep I went in with different goals compared to most. Being a significantly shorter prep my main goals were: - to control my blood glucose levels... - maintain a healthy relationship with food - generally tighten up the body I’d be bringing to the stage I successfully achieved all three of these and fact I didn’t hypo in 8 weeks is a huge achievement in itself. On the scales I dropped about 6 kilograms but I remind you how irrelevant the number on the scales is in most circumstances. This is where working with a coach that understands and encourages your goals is so important and I’m thankful to @bbacoaching @liftosaurus for the reassurance, knowledge and ongoing upport he gave me through this prep. 11.01.2022 This is #teambba client @aliceblows Alice has undergone not one but TWO incredible transformations and will be stepping on stage to share her story at the @wbff_aust transformation division in Sydney in 4 weeks time. From her heaviest at 135kg to her lightest at 61kg. She's now building muscle sitting around 72kg and is the healthiest she has been with her reactive hypoglycemia under control. Transformation isn't just about the number on the scale. Alice was not healthy at h...er lightest. She's far healthier now with the scales clocking in at over 10kg heavier.
